What if an item is out of stock?

Occasionally, a product is more popular than we anticipated and we temporarily run out of stock. When that happens, we will immediately notify you via email with the anticipated shipping date. Most items that are backordered are expected to arrive in our warehouse within 14- 21 days. You may choose to cancel the item or exchange different styles as replacement, (as long as it’s the equal value). We ship all ordered items as they become available, so if you have ordered more than one item and any of those items is on backorder, you will receive multiple shipments. You will Not be billed shipping for an backordered item.
If you would like to inquire about the status of a backordered item, please send us an email at info@FHLove.us and include your name, address and order confirmation number, if available.

Undeliverable Packages
If your package is returned to us because it was unclaimed, undeliverable, rejected, or refused, we will refund you for the order minus the original shipping fee. 
If any reason you would still like to accept the order and ask us to reship the package, you will be responsible for the reshipping charges.

We reserve the right to cancel any order. Most orders are canceled due to one of the following reasons:
• The billing address on your order didn’t match the billing address on your credit card, and we didn’t receive the correct address after contacting you. 
• We identified your order as likely fraudulent. This verdict is entirely up to our discretion. 
• Your e-mail address is not valid. (We require a valid e-mail address so that we can contact you if something is wrong with your order. Your e-mail address is not added to a mailing list unless you explicitly sign up for it, so there’s no need for you to worry about that.) 
• Your phone number is not valid. (We use your phone number to verify with your credit card issuer that you are the correct, authorized card holder.) 
• We didn’t receive a response to our e-mails for more than two weeks after there was a problem with your order.
